Easy-to-use survey tool

The WebEnq software is designed for the world-wide web. And with world-wide, we do mean world-wide: suitable to be used in many different circumstances.

No javascript, flash, cookies, or other technical requirements to fill in questionnaires. Even if your internet connection is not stable, you can use it.
Multi-lingual support. The interface is available in various languages, and you can add translations of your questionnaires.
Integrates with your workflow. Work from various locations with different permissions, download the results in SPSS or Excel, print out Word or PDF versions of questionnaires.

Tailor-made and open source

The WebEnq software can be adapted for your specific situation. The layout can match your house style, and it is easy to specify permissions for survey managers.

It is also possible to add new functions to the software, to make the tool work better for your organisation or research. Where possible, this can also lead to new features in future versions.

The software is made available as open source under the GNU Public License, to give you full freedom and power to use it as your own tool. We like to work with you, but we don't want to lock you in!

Zeeuwse Wereld Atlas Launched

Yesterday we lauched the Zeeuwse Wereld Atlas, another regional site to search for local initiatieves for International Cooperation. We hope to combine those regional Wereld Atlassen somewhere this or next year.

March 2007: Yet another World Atlas site

We have launched the "Overijsselse Wereld Atlas" at a meeting for the future members of the 'Provinciale Staten' Just a few more regions and it is possible to search for local initiatives for international cooperation.

December 2006: New Company: Nivocer

Finally, just before the end of the year the new company of Rolf (drostan.org) and Jaap-Andre (data-assist) has been founded. After about two years we wanted to formalize our cooperation in the new 'limited': Nivocer BV. Support and development of WebEnq is one of our main projects.

July 2006: Celebration at IICD

At IICD's meeting with partner organisations, July 2006, there was cake because the partners reached 10,000 questionnaires filled in by project participants, for the monitoring and evaluation of their "ICT for development" work. Almost 6,000 of those came in since our WebEnq-based website was introduced 14 months before.

December 2005: More World Atlas sites

Modeled after the Gelderse Wereld Atlas, the Friese Wereld Atlas and the Wereld Atlas Zuid-Holland Zuid have now launched as well, showing citizens options to become active for international cooperation in their own neighbourhood. Read more in our case description.

August 2005: We have lift-off!

Customers come first, but now the holiday season is progressing, we have the time to finally offer a packaged release of the code on SourceForge, and work on this website!

July 2005, the Gelderse Wereld Atlas site opens

The Gelderse Wereld Atlas presents the results of a survey in the Dutch province of Gelderland and shows the groups active in international cooperation, ranging from local governments and schools to church groups and local committees. Read more in our case description.

June 2005, Feedback for IDRC's telecentre.org

For IDRC's new telecentre support programme, we have conducted a survey to gather feedback on the initial vision document, targeting a selected group of leaders in the international telecentre sector.

April 2005, IICD's Monitoring and Evaluation site opens

Together with IICD, the International Institute for Communication and Development, we have developed version 3 of WebEnq and tailored it to their needs to collect and process survey data in 9 different countries and 3 languages. Read more in our case description.
